Chapter: Stealing Something that Is Kept In A Protected Place
It was narrated from Jabir that:
a woman from Banu Makhzum stole (something), and she was brought to the Prophet. She sought the protection of Umm Salamah, but the Prophet said: "If Fatimah bint Muhammad were to steal, I would cut off her hand." And he ordered that her hand be cut off. - Sahih:An Nasai:4891 (islam)
[As for] the thief, the male and the female, amputate their hands in recompense for what they committed as a deterrent [punishment] from Allah. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise. - Quran:Al-Ma'idah 5:38 (islam)
-Why so much violence for a religion of peace?

Chapter: “Cut off the hand of the thief, male or female…”
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah 's Apostle said, "Allah curses the thief who steals an egg (or a helmet) for which his hand is to be cut off, or steals a rope, for which his hand is to be cut off." - Sahih:Al Bukhari:6799 (islam)
-Is it valid today, should we cut people hand for stealing an egg?
- Is it compatible with western country?
- Is it a decree by Mohamed and Allah?
- Can we disregard this command today?
Chapter: What Has Been Related About: For How Much (Wealth) Is The Thief's Hand Cut Off ?
Narrated 'Aishah:
That the Prophet (ﷺ) used to cut the hand for a fourth of a Dinar and beyond that. - Sahih:Tirmidhi:1445 (islam)
-A Quarter of a dinar seem low, isn't it?
- Is it applicable today?
- Is Mohamed the best model?
- How much does cost an egg today?
Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment, - Quran:Al-Ma'idah 5:33 (islam)

[11]When men strive together one with another, and the wife of the one draweth near for to deliver her husband out of the hand of him that smiteth him, and putteth forth her hand, and taketh him by the secrets:

- Why cut her hand, is it because her hand sinned?
- Can you touch by accident the private part of anyone?
